? Unas bolitas de pollo y queso estilo brasilero que te van a volver maluco!!!
? PASO 1
Arrancamos salteando cebolla y morrón en una sartén bien grande.
? PASO 2
Una vez bien dorados agregamos pollo cocido y desmenuzado y roquefort Barraza.
Doramos un poco más y reservamos fuera del fuego.

En un bowl vamos a mezclar 500 gr de puré de papas con 250 gr de harina.
Amasamos con suavidad hasta obtener una linda masa. Lo importante es que el puré este frío así no absorbe mucha harina y podemos manejarlo mejor.
? PASO 4
Una vez lista la masa vamos a cortar pequeños trozos y rellenaremos con el pollo más un buen cubo de muzzarella Barraza formando triángulos iguales bien parejos.
? PASO 5
Por último los vamos a pasar por harina y pan rallado para luego freírlos hasta que tomen un color dorado oscuro!
Ya están listos para comerlos bien calentitos!
