INGREDIENTES<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 4 papas<br \/>\n\u2022 Queso reggianito Barraza 100 gr<br \/>\n\u2022 Muzzarella Barraza 200 gr<br \/>\n\u2022 Queso azul Barraza 100 gr<br \/>\n\u2022 Manteca 100 gr<br \/>\n\u2022 Harina 1 taza<br \/>\n\u2022 Leche 500 cc<br \/>\n\u2022 Condimentos: romero \/ aj\u00ed molido \/ piment\u00f3n \/ condimento para pizza<\/p>\n<p><strong>? PASO 1<\/strong><br \/>\nPrimero cortaremos nuestras papas en cu\u00f1as con ayuda de un cuchillo bien afilado.<\/p>\n<p><strong>? PASO 2<\/strong><br \/>\nLuego le agregaremos a las papas ya cortadas los condimentos, un buen chorro de aceite y queso rallado.<br \/>\nMezclamos bien y las colocamos sobre una placa de horno apenas con aceite.<br \/>\nAs\u00ed ir\u00e1n a horno fuerte 180\u00b0 por 30 minutos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>? PASO 3<\/strong><br \/>\nPara la salsa de queso vamos a derretir la manteca, luego sumamos el harina y por \u00faltimo la leche, siempre revolviendo con batidor.<br \/>\nTerminamos agregando la muzzarella y el queso azul Barraza para darle mucho sabor!<\/p>\n<p><strong>?
